Services and starting ranges

Business system integration services with defined scope and USD starting ranges.

Connect one defined data flow, automate an end-to-end operational process, or put an existing integration under active monitoring. Unclear APIs, ownership, or business rules begin with a paid audit.

Which service fits? A narrow, documented flow can move directly to an implementation proposal. Multiple systems, unknown access, unclear rules, or legacy constraints usually begin with an Integration Audit. If a standard connector reliably covers the requirement, we will recommend it instead of unnecessary custom work.

Offer 01

Integration Audit

USD 300–750+

Paid 100% upfront

Turn an unclear integration problem into an implementation-ready recommendation before committing to a build.

Ideal fit

  • Multiple or poorly documented systems
  • Unclear data ownership or business rules
  • Legacy constraints or unknown API access
  • Material delivery or reliability risk

Deliverable

  • Current and proposed workflow
  • Systems, data, and source-of-truth map
  • Risks, assumptions, and scope boundaries
  • Phased estimate and support recommendation
Audit credit: The full fee is credited toward an implementation of at least USD 4,000 signed within 30 days of audit delivery. Otherwise it remains a standalone, non-refundable deliverable.

Offer 02

System & API Integration

USD 1,500–4,000+

Connect ecommerce platforms, ERPs, CRMs, accounting tools, supplier systems, and custom applications around one defined data flow or a bounded bidirectional workflow.

Typical fit

  • Ecommerce orders to ERP
  • CRM customers to ERP
  • ERP invoices to accounting
  • Supplier feed to ecommerce

Included

  • APIs, webhooks, file feeds, or legacy access
  • Field mapping and business rules
  • Secure authentication and configuration
  • Validation, logging, retries, and alerts
  • Testing, deployment, operating documentation, and warranty
  • Customer-owned accounts and infrastructure by default

Offer 03

Business Workflow Automation

USD 4,000–10,000+

Automate one end-to-end process across several systems, with the rules and exception handling needed to run it in production.

Example process

  • Receive and validate order
  • Create ERP sales order
  • Generate invoice
  • Notify warehouse
  • Return fulfillment status and tracking

Included

  • Workflow and exception mapping
  • Multiple system connections
  • Business-rule orchestration
  • Monitoring and recovery behavior
  • Acceptance testing and handover

Capability

Legacy System Integration

Scoped within Offers 02 or 03

Connect a custom or older business application to a modern platform without forcing an immediate replacement.

Legacy work often requires deeper discovery because documentation, test environments, access methods, and system ownership may be limited. An Integration Audit is usually the safest first step.

Typical access paths: supported APIs, approved database access, SFTP, scheduled CSV/XML exchange, or a bounded adapter added to the existing application.

Managed Integrations

Monitoring and support after launch, with named systems, alert routing, included time, and clear response targets.

P1 is a stopped production integration or material corruption risk without a reasonable workaround. P2 is material degradation with a workaround. Response means acknowledgement and triage, not guaranteed resolution. No emergency, weekend, or 24/7 coverage is available at launch.

Scope boundaries

Integration scope, responsibilities, and exclusions.

Every implementation defines

  • Systems, entities, direction, frequency, and source of truth
  • Included business rules, volumes, environments, and acceptance criteria
  • Customer-provided access, documentation, test data, and decisions
  • Deployment ownership, warranty, support transition, and change control

Not included unless agreed

  • Data cleansing, historical migration, vendor licenses, ERP customization
  • User-interface development or third-party vendor support fees
All figures are USD starting ranges, not fixed prices, and exclude applicable taxes and third-party costs. Final scope depends on systems, rules, data quality, volume, security, environments, and support requirements.
Implementation warranty: Implementations include a 30-calendar-day warranty from written acceptance or production launch, whichever occurs first under the contract. It covers reproducible defects against agreed acceptance criteria, not new requirements, customer changes, vendor changes, or third-party outages.
