Who we are

Integravia Systems is a B2B systems-integration business operating from Pakistan. Business registration is in progress. In this notice, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Integravia Systems.

Information collected

When someone submits the integration enquiry form, the site may collect their name, work email, company, country, systems, problem description, timeline, and optional operational-scale information. We also receive the technical information normally sent by a browser and our security providers. The form must not be used to send credentials or sensitive production data.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to assess project fit, respond, arrange a discovery call, maintain sales records, and follow up on the stated integration need. We do not sell enquiry information.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for website delivery and security, HubSpot for CRM and enquiry handling, Cal.com for discovery-call scheduling, Google reCAPTCHA v3 for form-spam protection, and PostHog for website analytics. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Analytics

PostHog records page views and limited conversion events, including CTA clicks, form starts, validation errors, successful submissions, and booking starts. We do not include the content of an enquiry or other form values in analytics events. Session recording is disabled and analytics persistence is limited to the current page session.

Retention, disclosure, and security

We retain information only for as long as needed to respond to an enquiry, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Access is limited to authorized people and providers. Information is protected with appropriate access controls and disclosed only for stated business, contractual, or legal purposes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a copy of your information. We will consider valid requests in accordance with applicable law.
