Services and starting ranges

Choose the right integration path before you commit to the build.

Start with an Integration Blueprint when the rules are unclear, move to a scoped build when the workflow is defined, and add managed ownership when the connection is operating in production.

Quick guide: A narrow, documented flow can move directly to an Integration Sprint. A process crossing several systems may need Workflow Orchestration. Unknown access, unclear ownership, legacy constraints, or a build-versus-buy decision should begin with an Integration Blueprint. If a standard connector reliably covers the requirement, we will recommend it instead of unnecessary custom work.

Offer 01

Integration Blueprint

USD 1,500–3,500+

Paid 100% upfront

Turn an unclear integration problem into an implementation-ready architecture recommendation before committing to a build.

Ideal fit

  • Multiple or poorly documented systems
  • Unclear data ownership or business rules
  • Legacy constraints or unknown API access
  • Material delivery or reliability risk

Deliverable

  • Current and proposed workflow map
  • Native vs iPaaS vs custom recommendation and rationale
  • Systems, records, interfaces, and source-of-truth decisions
  • Risks, assumptions, and scope boundaries
  • Phased estimate and support recommendation
Commercial model: The Blueprint is a paid, standalone architecture deliverable. Any implementation credit is deliberate, limited, and stated in the agreement.

Offer 02

Integration Sprint

USD 5,000–12,000+

Connect ecommerce platforms, ERPs, CRMs, accounting tools, supplier systems, and custom applications around one defined data flow or a bounded bidirectional workflow.

Typical fit

  • Ecommerce orders to ERP
  • CRM customers to ERP
  • ERP invoices to accounting
  • Supplier feed to ecommerce

Included

  • APIs, webhooks, file feeds, or legacy access
  • Field mapping and business rules
  • Secure authentication and configuration
  • Validation, logging, retries, and alerts
  • Testing, deployment, operating documentation, and warranty
  • Customer-owned accounts and infrastructure by default

Offer 03

Workflow Orchestration Sprint

USD 10,000–25,000+

Automate one end-to-end process across several systems, with the rules and exception handling needed to run it in production.

Example process

  • Receive and validate order
  • Create ERP sales order
  • Generate invoice
  • Notify warehouse
  • Return fulfillment status and tracking

Included

  • Workflow and exception mapping
  • Multiple system connections
  • Business-rule orchestration
  • Monitoring and recovery behavior
  • Acceptance testing and handover

Offer 04

Integration Modernization

USD 12,000–40,000+

Replace brittle scripts, obsolete APIs, unsupported connectors, or weak authentication without forcing an unnecessary system replacement.

Modernization starts by assessing the current state, risk, dependencies, cutover path, and reconciliation needs. An Integration Blueprint is usually the safest first step.

Typical scope: API and authentication upgrades, legacy adapters, migration testing, controlled cutover, observability, reconciliation, and runbooks.

Managed Integration Operations

Operational ownership after launch: monitor, respond, maintain, improve, and govern the workflows your business depends on.

Plan Price Coverage P1 response P2 response Included time
Essential From USD 1,000–1,500/mo US and UK business hours
weekdays
Next business day 2 business days Defined support allowance
Growth USD 2,500–4,000/mo US and UK business hours
weekdays
4 business hours 1 business day Controlled improvement capacity
Portfolio
Not available at launch
USD 5,000–7,500+/mo Not offered until capacity exists To be agreed To be agreed Multiple-workflow reporting

P1 is a stopped production integration or material corruption risk without a reasonable workaround. P2 is material degradation with a workaround. Response means acknowledgement and triage, not guaranteed resolution. No emergency, weekend, 24/7, Portfolio, or critical-continuity coverage is available at launch.

Scope boundaries

Integration scope, responsibilities, and exclusions.

Every implementation defines

  • Systems, entities, direction, frequency, and source of truth
  • Included business rules, volumes, environments, and acceptance criteria
  • Customer-provided access, documentation, test data, and decisions
  • Deployment ownership, warranty, support transition, and change control

Not included unless agreed

  • Data cleansing, historical migration, vendor licenses, ERP customization
  • User-interface development or third-party vendor support fees
All figures are USD starting ranges, not fixed prices, and exclude applicable taxes and third-party costs. Final scope depends on systems, rules, data quality, volume, security, environments, and support requirements.
Implementation warranty: Implementations include a 30-calendar-day warranty from written acceptance or production launch, whichever occurs first under the contract. It covers reproducible defects against agreed acceptance criteria, not new requirements, customer changes, vendor changes, or third-party outages.
