Privacy notice
This notice explains how Integravia Systems handles information collected through this website. It was last updated on September 30, 2026.
Who we are
Integravia Systems is a B2B systems-integration business operating from Pakistan. Business registration is in progress. In this notice, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Integravia Systems.
Information collected
When someone submits the integration enquiry form, the site may collect their name, work email, company, country, systems, problem description, timeline, and optional operational-scale information. We also receive the technical information normally sent by a browser and our security providers. The form must not be used to send credentials or sensitive production data.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to assess project fit, respond, arrange a discovery call, maintain sales records, and follow up on the stated integration need. We do not sell enquiry information.
Legal basis
Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, we process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps you request before entering a contract. Spam protection relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. Analytics cookies and similar storage are used only with your consent where the law requires it, including in the UK, the EEA, and Switzerland.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for website delivery and security, HubSpot for CRM and enquiry handling, Cal.com for discovery-call scheduling, Google reCAPTCHA v3 for form-spam protection, and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and PostHog for website analytics. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis when the enquiry form is used.
International transfers
We operate from Pakistan and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where UK or EU law requires it, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards.
Analytics
PostHog records page views, high-level navigation and content engagement, and limited conversion events, including CTA clicks, form starts, validation errors, submission attempts, successful or failed submissions, and booking starts or confirmations. We also collect page-leave and Core Web Vitals measurements to understand site performance and visits. We do not include the content of an enquiry, other form values, or error messages in analytics events. Session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled. Analytics identity is kept only in session storage so related page views and conversions can be connected within the current browser-tab session. Google Analytics measures visits and engagement through Google Tag Manager. We do not use advertising or remarketing tags.
Cookies and consent
Where consent is required, including in the UK, the EEA, and Switzerland, analytics cookies and storage stay off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, or before you choose, Google Analytics may receive cookieless signals without identifiers, and PostHog counts visits using a privacy-preserving hash without storing anything in your browser. Elsewhere, analytics is on by default and you can turn it off at any time. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 12 months. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings, also linked in the footer.
Retention, disclosure, and security
Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Otherwise, we retain information only for as long as needed to respond to an enquiry, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Access is limited to authorized people and providers. Information is protected with appropriate access controls and disclosed only for stated business, contractual, or legal purposes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a copy of your information. We will consider valid requests in accordance with applicable law and respond within one month. If you are in the UK, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, to your local data-protection authority.
Contact
For a privacy request, email contact@integravia.systems with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will add the registered legal entity and public address after registration is complete.
